The Sean Mullsteff Teen Driving Foundation is proud to introduce our official teen spokesperson. Ms. Brittany Sullivan is competing for the Ms. Teen Maryland title. She chose teen driving safety as her platform to help save lives. We are thrilled to be associated with this young lady and wish her success in her competition!

What I have done:

As Miss Teen Montgomery County International I have accomplished many things with my Teen Driving Safety Platform. I am the official teen spokes person for the Sean Mullsteff Teen Driving Foundation. Assistant Chief of Police for Montgomery County came and spoke at an event on Teen Driving Safety that I organized. Most recently I met with Delegate Bronrott, and three of his collogues; Stern, King, and Barkley. Delegate Barkley even acknowledged my platform of Teen Driving Safety and me on the Maryland State House floor this past Wednesday. Finally, I was published in two of the local newspapers regarding my new title and platform.

What I plan to do:

I have several plans to help advance my platform this year. First, I will assist The Sean Mullsteff Teen Driving Foundation in launching their Road Safe Teens Program. This program will provide teens with simulator and skid car instruction too improve their defensive driving skills. Next, I plan to implement my keychain campaign which will inform teens about the Road Safe Teens Defensive Driving Course. Finally, I plan to work with Delegate Bill Bronrott and Geico to help encourage teens and parents to do defensive driving courses by lowering their insurance rates if they participate and pass a full course.

1. Adjust Your Attitude!
Many teens think they are invincible - a dangerous attitude for inexperienced drivers. Don't drive when you are experiencing significant emotional highs or lows. Being courteous can also save your life. Remember the old adage, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Additional Tips...
